Why plant more churches?
Hays County is the fastest growing county in the nation. Kyle has grown by 80% in the last eight years. Sadly, less than 4% of churches ever reproduce and less than 1% of churches reproduce consistently. That means opportunities to positively impact lives with the Gospel are growing exponentially in Hays County. We plant churches because we are passionate about bringing people into the greatest life they could possibly know—a life in Jesus Christ, inextricably connected with their loving God and Father, who wants to know and save them.
What does ‘ACTS’ stand for?
‘ACTS’ represents our values: Adventure in the ever-unfolding, never-boring story that is following Jesus, Community in the family of God, Transformation of a new life by God’s grace and daily being made more like Jesus, and Sending with God’s Word to new areas and individuals.
Are you affiliated with the other ACTS churches in the Austin area?
Yes, we are a member of the ACTS Church Network, a family of churches that plants churches to advance God’s kingdom in greater Austin.
Which other entities are you affiliated with?
In addition partnering with the ACTS Church Network, we are also a congregation of the Texas District and Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Locally, we are a co-founding member of Allied Services of Kyle and Kyle Chamber of Commerce.
